2. Products All our baklava and pastries are handmade fresh to order. Product availability may vary. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Pricing All prices are listed in Japanese Yen (JPY) and include consumption tax where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

4. Orders & Payment Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. We accept online payment, bank transfer, and cash on delivery (COD). A COD handling fee of ¥330 applies to COD orders.

5. Shipping We ship within Japan only. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by region. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Perishable Goods As our products are fresh food items, we are unable to accept returns. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on damaged or incorrect orders.

7. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including images, text, and branding, is the property of Beyzade Baklava and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability Beyzade Baklava is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
