Refund Policy

At Beyzade Baklava, we take great pride in the quality and freshness of our products. Because our baklava and pastries are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the product. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has been prepared or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
